Thank you for shopping with Magic Cubic Projector! We are committed to delivering your Magcubic HY300 Pro projector efficiently and securely.
1. Shipping Costs
We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $8.95 per order for all domestic and international shipments.
2. Processing Time
All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) after your order is placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
3. Domestic Shipping
- Carriers: We primarily use USPS and UPS for domestic shipments within the United States.
- Estimated Delivery Time: Once shipped, domestic orders typically arrive within 5-10 business days.
- Tracking: A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has shipped.
4. International Shipping
- Carriers: International shipments are handled by various carriers depending on the destination, often in partnership with local postal services.
- Estimated Delivery Time: International orders typically arrive within 10-25 business days after shipment. Please note that delivery times can vary significantly due to customs processing and local postal services.
- Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Please be aware that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing your order.
- Tracking: A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has shipped.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track the status of your package directly on the carrier's website.
6. Shipping Delays
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, Magic Cubic Projector is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, unforeseen weather conditions, natural disasters, or customs processing. We will, however, do our best to assist you in tracking your package and resolving any issues that may arise.
7. P.O. Box and APO/FPO Addresses
We support shipping to P.O. Box and APO/FPO addresses. Please note that these shipments can only be sent via USPS.
8. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@magiccubicprojector.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date (for lost packages) or 7 days of delivery (for damaged packages). Please provide your order number and any relevant details or photos of the damage. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and find a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.
9. Restricted Countries
Due to various legal and logistical restrictions, we are unable to ship to certain countries. If your country is not available during checkout, we currently do not ship to that location. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
